Ms. González is a Geological Engineer with more than seven years of investigation and in-field experience in geotechnical engineering including slope stability for rocks and soils, underground mine support, rock mass classification and characterization, and mine waste management.  She holds a Bachelor´s degree in Geological and Environmental Engineering from the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon in Mexico and has specialized training in tailings management, geotechnical design, and software applications on geological engineering.
