Mr. Rego is a Metallurgical Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the mineral processing field. He is familiar with ore comminution, flotation, CIL/CIP, heap leaching technologies, as well as refractory ore treatment. Mr. Rego received a B.A.Sc. and M.A.Sc. in Materials Engineering from the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, BC, Canada). He has experience in developing process design criteria, modelling plant performance using mass and heat balances, designing lab layouts, managing metallurgical test work campaigns, and completing knowledge gap analyses.
